[E-trademarks] TTAB Forms

WHEN are the TTAB forms going to be fixed?  Tried to file a Notice of Appeal last week and we got the usual recurring message that the URL is being edited by someone else.  The USPTO’s only response is “clear your cache” - which doesn’t work and seems to be their response to everything.  Apparently, it’s always our fault, not theirs.  This issue with the TTAB forms has been going on for many months.  Why can’t these forms be fixed?  So frustrating.  Of all the times I get a survey request from the USPTO, why can’t I get one now.  😊
