Yes, we received several.  We had already confirmed the publications as they were on our docket.  The reporting of scheduled publications has been weird for over a month now (they were tripping up the auto-docketing and the notifications themselves were strangely formatted and duplicated via email).  I thought maybe they just weren’t going to confirm publications via notification anymore, but then we received a batch today from within the same date range you mentioned in your email below.

Good morning,

Did any list serve members receive batches of Trademark Official Gazette Publication Confirmation notices last night (March 5, 2024) for applications that were published between February 20th and February 27th?  We received nearly a dozen between 6:30 and 7pm, with no explanation from the USPTO on the delayed issuance (as these emails customarily go out on the day the application is published).
