[E-trademarks] Office Action Response times

I filed easy OARs in early December, no arguments, and hadn't heard
anything from the PTO.  I called the Examiner today and she said it's now
taking up to 5 months for those responses to make it to their queue! GOOD
GRIEF!

Echoing literally everything everyone else is saying, I wish they would fix
their current processes before rolling out new things or changes.
