[E-trademarks] Office Action Response times

Did the easy OARs have anything that required the files to go to LIE (Legal Instrument Examination)? My understanding is that things like entering a home country registration into the record have to go to LIE. That appears to be where the big, dark black hole is. Supposedly, a bunch of people were hired for the LIE group a few months ago.

Subject: [E-trademarks] Office Action Response times

I filed easy OARs in early December, no arguments, and hadn't heard anything from the PTO. I called the Examiner today and she said it's now taking up to 5 months for those responses to make it to their queue! GOOD GRIEF!

Echoing literally everything everyone else is saying, I wish they would fix their current processes before rolling out new things or changes.

Lindsey
