[E-trademarks] Office Action Response times

5 months?? Good grief. But, how recent is this issue? For example, last
year October, I responded to an office action, and the examiner issued a
new (non-final) action not quite 3 weeks later.

That said, I made my new response on Feb. 1 of this year, and I haven't
gotten anything new from the examiner yet. Hopefully it won't take until
July.

Cheers,

Sam Castree, III
