[E-trademarks] Spoofed calls - USPTO trademark assistance unit

I used to be more abusive with the scammers, until I read an article in the
NY Times (12/17/23) about how criminal gangs basically trick and kidnap
people, forcing them into all sorts of scams using email, phone and text
messages. It doesn't mean I'm nice to them, but the actual individual is
probably not the real bad guy.
