[E-trademarks] Real person at Amazon re: infringement issues?

I filed an infringement report for a client that has a trademark registration for an award it gives out for certain consumer products, because a seller on Amazon is using the mark and facsimile of the client’s logo with its product.  The seller did not apply for or win the award.  Amazon rejected the report because the goods being sold were not in the same class as my client's registration.  Well, duh.  However, the links provided in the email for escalating the claim don't work.  Anyone know how to reach a live human being?
