[E-trademarks] Log in to USPTO.gov for a new search feature

That makes sense as a reason. The USPTO has a well-developed TSDR API with
no fees to run API calls and you also have to have a MyUSPTO account to
receive an API key. So they probably want any data mining to be traceable
and tied to an ID.me account.
