[E-trademarks] [E-trademarks-L] Scammy new group out of LA - Trademarkssprint

I very much doubt they are real lawyers (or that if the names used are real, that the lawyers know about the solicitation).  This really is just a variation on the Chinese domain name scam that was going around a few years ago, with the added twist that they are making representations about how trademark law works that are blatantly false.

These guys might be real lawyers, but they’re marketing is unethical to say the least. Just another group out there harassing our clients. The difference with this crew is their finding companies that don’t have registrations yet and trying to scare them into letting the “firm” file the application.
