Last I heard (in August) was that the plan for the fee increases was pushed from fiscal year 2025 to calendar year 2025.  But no final rule is published yet.

Has anyone heard anything recently about the USPTO's intended fee increases I believe planned for early 2025?

Also, pendency for initial examination seems to have dropped slightly - the USPTO is now quoting 7.5 months and I am noticing OAs arriving a little sooner after filing.
