[E-trademarks] Proper applicant when client is under Model A fiscal sponsorship

The question implies booth the Sponsor and Group would benefit from an explicit written provision on IP,
both initially and perhaps after the podcast becomes “rich and famous” and if the current creating Group
has successors or new podcasts stop and the project is abandoned.
