[E-trademarks] Minnesota Assumed Name Statute

Hi Esteemed Members,

Are there any Minnesota licensed attorneys with corporate experience able to provide a brief primer (offline) on Chapter 333 of Minnesota's statutes; particularly the section as relates to assumed names?   I am trying to understand if (1) an individual can file an assumed name certificate that includes an entity designation (e.g. Co., or Inc.), and (2) how to discern from public records if the assumed name filing is on behalf of an individual or a legal entity.

Posting this inquiry here since it is connected to a TM issue and this list serve is always so immensely helpful.
