[E-trademarks] FW: Try Trademark Center beta

No, of course most of "us" do not do that often, or at all.
In general, that kind of design makes it less efficient for regular users
(i.e. trademark attorneys), who are also likely the most frequent users. As
someone already noted, lots of click, scroll, next page, click, scroll
inefficiencies.
But is there any evidence that the Office cares about how its changes in
software systems affect its most regular users?
