[E-trademarks] FW: Try Trademark Center beta

I asked a trademark examining attorney one time what their estimate was
on the number of applications they process that are from experienced
trademark attorneys, rather than pro se or the passing lawyer who does
applications as part of their general practice. Their estimate was 15%.
We are a very small part of the user base and they won't be optimizing
for us.
