[E-trademarks] Recording assignment with redactions

My fuzzily remembered guess—

Best if there is some person with an authorized chain of custody, perhaps the transferee, who can
certify that what is being submitted is a true and accurate copy of the (earlier date) assignment,
showing the relevant operative assignment provisions, etc. of transfer from X to Y of etc.
