[E-trademarks] Attorney Identity Theft

A lot of our users have a watch set up that looks for their name (e.g.
Attorney of Record (all) Matthew Schneller) and also *doesn't* have their
email (e.g. Correspondent email (not any) tmtko.com). There's no perfect
system for avoiding fraud in any context, but it's been pretty reliable, as
whoever is stealing the identity wants PTO emails to go to *them* and not
to the real attorney.
