[E-trademarks] Specimen for software

Hi All,

I have a client who filed an application in Class 9 and Class 42 for
software, as both downloadable and non-downloadable. Their software is
available via a website, or downloaded onto computers in their device. But
the software looks the same in both places, with the same placement for the
trademark on the splash screen. Can I just use the same specimen for both
classes, or can that lead to someone later complaining or challenging the
specimen?

Any thoughts about how to separate the two, or if there is any need to do
so?
