One of our clients was targeted a bad actor at the USPTO and Amazon.  They filed a request for withdrawal of attorney at the USPTO and got the email address temporarily changed.  The PTO discovered the unauthorized filing on their own before I could respond and reversed the change of email address on their own.  But not before the bad actor filed on the Amazon Brand Registry.  I received the verification code but it is possible that the bad actor did as well.

Does anyone know how to report the unauthorized registration to Amazon, or have a contact there I could contact?
