[E-trademarks] [E-trademarks-L] Renewal email is in the ether somewhere

I had a client sign the form for a response to an OA that I filled out.
That was done, but we supposedly were to receive a subsequent email with a
URL to complete the response.

No email.  TAC suggested starting over from scratch or emailing
teas at uspto.gov.  I sent the email 20 hrs ago; nuthin'    Looks like I'm
starting over...
