Hi Alex,

I agree; it is my understanding that the early hotel reservation access for INTA AM was for people who had renewed their membership through end of next year AND registered early or during any of the flash sales for London AM.

Speaking personally, my partner and I had renewed our INTA membership and registered for the annual meeting during the October flash sale.

I thought that INTA hotel registration opened today. Why is it that for the second year in a row INTA neglected to send me that email? Also, did everyone who reserved their hotel have their membership renewed through Dec. 31, 2026? Because there is an asterisk on the INTA home page that that is a requirement.

Thank you for posting this, as I never received an email from INTA, even though I pre-registered in June. The omission from the email, plus the VAT refund deadline this year, have convinced me that it is no longer worth pre-registering for INTA meetings.

We eventually were able to make it work, but it took several hours and multiple phone calls to Chase and emails/chats with BNetworks.  Chase and BNetworks were pointing fingers at each other as explanations for why the transaction couldn’t go through (BNetworks blamed it being a U.S. Credit Card that didn’t use 3D Secure, Chase blamed BNetworks that their system wasn’t operable at the time, etc.).  BNetworks also told me we should receive authorization codes, and that if we weren’t receiving authorization codes it was a bank issue.  Chase disagreed with the statement that we should be receiving authorization codes.  We do not know how, but we were eventually able to get the transactions to process (without the mysterious authorization codes!).  I’m concerned we’re going to be encountering the same headache when we pay the balance of the hotel cost in a few months’ time!

Hi Katie,

Yes, it was a bit challenging, but I ultimately was successful. The issue which was unusual was following the instructions to use my mobile phone to verify my credit card information since I was booking the hotel from my computer. Ultimately, I received confirmation that the required deposit was received.
