I’ve been using Google’s authenticator for years, never had any issues.  I started using it about 4 years ago because the PTO was not reliably sending emails with the authentication code.

Subject: [E-trademarks] OKTA Verify - Having Problems

EXTERNAL EMAIL
I have downloaded the software, followed the instructions from the PTO office and it still does not work.  Just goes into a loop.  Has anyone else have a problem.

Any suggestions for an authenticator that is fee instead of OKTA?
