Thanks for writing that great summary, Eric. The story just got worse and worse as I read through it.

It's not every day that I feel sorry for a large conglomerate like Internet Brands. I can't believe they had to take this ludicrous case seriously all the way through trial and even commission their own consumer survey. This really should have been thrown out early on.
