[E-trademarks] New scam site - nextmarksolutions

My clients have gotten a few of these and I know for a fact the solicitation was not provided to the email address we gave the PTO for the applicant.

Sometimes people can figure out emails from internet searches or from guessing them from other emails in the company that are on the web. Like at some places the style makes it possible to guess very easily.

We had clients get emails and their emails are not in the TSDR system so I too wonder where they get the email addresses.

Sometimes the client does not have a registration so when they do contact us we do move forward with an application.
