[E-trademarks] Is it just me?

Definitely not just you.  I've been getting that sporadically for a couple
months or more now.  I wouldn't call it often, but it does pop up from time
to time, and I can never tell what's going to cause it.  I will say that
switching to a different browser sometimes helps.
