[E-trademarks] MyUSPTO application down for maintenance Feb 22

I saw this on the MyUSPTO dashboard just now:

MyUSPTO application will be down due to the maintenance on February 22nd.

It's unusual that a timeframe wasn't specified as it usually is.  The wording is a bit odd.
