Google maps says Winchester is 80 miles from Alexandria.  Isn't there 
something in the work-from-home stuff about how it makes a big 
difference if the person is more than 50 miles from the office?  Not 
that I really understand it, but I thought I read someplace that if the 
person lives more than 50 miles away, the agency would have to pay to 
relocate the employee, or otherwise would need to cut them slack on 
having to give up the work-from-home?
