[E-trademarks] Dirt Candy TM Dispute

[Tim Ackermann]

To be exact, someone else at that firm filed the application itself and he
first appears on the response to the first refusal. We also don't know
which attorney allegedly said that. Certainly could be a client
misunderstanding.
