[E-trademarks] Bizarro world TSDR

I've had this happen multiple times--OAs don't show up the first time I try to access TSDR, but then when I hit refresh, they suddenly appear, along with associated documents like the X-search.

Hi all,

Just wanted to pass along a situation today where an associate and I were looking at exactly the same record in TSDR on our respective computers and they showed different documents on the tab - mine was missing three entries. So I guess don't believe your eyes?
