I think you are not getting a response because the examiner no longer has jurisdiction over the application - their "jurisdiction" ends with publication except that for ITU applications, it gets restored just for examining the SOU. You need to contact a department called "Pub and Issue."

We've got a divided application that is being processed for registration, except that the description of services is wrong, including services for which no use is alleged.  The Examining Attorney won't respond.  We'll keep trying to fix the USPTO's mistake pre-registration, but if anyone from the Office sees this and can help, please reach out to me.
