[E-trademarks] New TEAS application format potentially disrupts included specimen

First, I just want to say I'm not crazy that the specimen filed in a 1(a)
case is now merged into the "Application" file in TSDR. TSDR's "Documents"
tab no longer has a separate file for the specimen (but you can open the
Application file and click through on the link to the specimen). The bigger
issue? That "file history" version is not reliable.
It's a possible matter, so I cannot show the example, but I just pulled
one and the one in the "Application" file history only got the left side of
the specimen. The specimen was shown in portrait (like the whole file
history) while the actual one was a PDF that was in landscape. I verified
the actual specimen separately, and it was complete.
Has anyone else noticed where the specimen -- when downloaded as part of
that "Application" file from TSDR does not always reproduce correctly?
