[E-trademarks] abandonment before the response deadline

Not today, but it did happen to us a few months ago.  After several calls to the bug desk and the examining attorney,  we just paid the revival fee to get the response on file.  It was reimbursed a couple months later but only after more calls to the Petition’s Office.
