Dear List-serv Members,

It seems that I’ve created a bit of a stir.

I recently requested referrals for two existing clients.  There may be additional referral requests in the near future.

For all who responded, thank you very much for your interest.  I have passed info along for independent client review.  I am not assisting clients with selecting new counsel.  Likewise, having never worked directly with anyone on the list-serv, I am making no recommendations.  I’m simply passing information forward to clients that have requested that I do so. However, I do try to tailor the requests based on individual client needs.

For those of you who expressed concern, thank you for that.  I’m happy to report that my shedding of clients is not the result of anything awful.  In fact, quite the opposite…I’m preparing to retire and close my practice.

This group (and Carl’s other list-servs) has been a wonderful resource for more years than I can remember.  I’m especially grateful to Carl for having had the foresight to create it, and the tenacity to maintain it.

I’ll still be around for a while, but not after TY2025! Ha ha!!
