[E-trademarks] Request for referral to counsel in Philippines

Off-list request:

A client, based in the U.S., has had her company's ID ripped off by a 
person in the Philippines. The person in the Philippines has been using 
my client's company's name to run scams online. My client only does 
business in the U.S.

I'd like to connect with counsel in the Philippines who can look into 
the matter and advise if anything can be done to resolve this in that 
jurisdiction. Trusted referrals are appreciated.
