[E-trademarks] Trademark Revival Pendency (Notice of allowance)

Definitely call.  I had this happen recently and we went PAST the extension
that I paid for with the revival.  After SEVERAL calls I finally got
someone to do a  PETITION TO REVIVE DEFICIENCY LETTER so I could pay for
another extension so it could revive and I could FINALLY prove use.  I
literally got the revival today.  I willingly paid the second extension fee
out of pocket just to get things going again, but don't get into this
position.  Start calling now.
