[E-trademarks] Search for issues office actions

There are definitely proprietary ways to do it (for more or less money).
It's also often possible to come at the question sort of sideways for free,
for instance by searching for live records, with no registration numbers,
filed based on use in commerce, where they haven't been published for
opposition and the goods and services contain the words you're looking for
yet (or better yet simply the classes you're interested in). You'll get
results for things that either haven't been examined yet, or things where
an Office Action has been issued.
(Also, some recently dead records that were never registered or published
might be helpful.)
Approaches like thase can be a little clinky, but they're free, and you can
tweak them at will.
