[E-trademarks] Trademark Center failures (was 2025 Trademark Fee Change Coincidence?)

Just looking at Trademark Center again -- it's remarkable, if not
surprising, to find there has been no update (or 'release') in nearly TWO
MONTHS. [https://trademarkcenter.uspto.gov/release-notes]
I guess it's perfect?
