[E-trademarks] Docketing software

Alt-Legal has been good for international, to a pint:  it does not update
the status of a trademark in all countries “automatically”, but then again,
only as fast as those countries update their own databases.  Some require
manual input.  But it’s nice to plug in a new registration outside of the
U.S., and it populates in Alt Legal.
