[E-trademarks] Very well written article on Uggs dispute

We all know how frequently we grit our teeth when the media covers IP issues.  Which was why this article on the Uggs dispute was such a pleasant surprise.  I was not familiar with this site, but will be reading it more regularly now as they claim all their articles are written by scholars and researchers in the relevant field.  In this case the author is an anthropologist, but she accurately conveyed the legal issues.
