[E-trademarks] Seeking referral(s) for individuals/firms able to provide trademark valuation

Dear Listmates,

A U.S. client that has been in the baked snack/dessert foods marketplace for 40 years with both U.S. and foreign trademark registrations wishes to obtain an appraisal of its trademark/brand portfolio as part of the potential sale of the company. As an initial step, they are attempting to understand the approximate value of their trademarks/brands/goodwill.

Are any of you able to provide referrals for an individual and/or firm with a particular expertise or experience in this area? If any of your clients have undergone a similar appraisal, I also would be interested in the approximate cost.
