[E-trademarks] Application withdrawn by USPTO before publication for further review

I have an application with the status "Application withdrawn by USPTO before publication for further review." This status has been in place since June 2024. The examining attorney couldn't provide any answers or assistance. I called the Trademark Assistance Center and was promised twice that a message would be sent to the relevant department, requesting an expedited review; no response. Any recommendations on next steps or particular persons/departments where I can send correspondence?  Thanks.
