[E-trademarks] How to get NY Sec State to Dissolve a likely Fraudulent Company

Look to see whether there is a private right of action under Business 
Corporation Law section 301, 
https://newyork.public.law/laws/n.y._business_corporation_law_section_301. 
There is in Massachusetts; I expect they are all similar.
