Submit a supporting Decl from a knowledgeable person at your client who can attest to: (a) the name of the trade show; (b) the nature of the booth/what was displayed in the booth (samples, etc.) and (c) that orders were taken and (d) [MOST IMPORTANTLY] those order were fulfilled.

I am the Queen of Supporting Declarations: in TM apps, SOUs, renewals, etc. Whenever it is not 100% clear what the evidence is (and even sometimes when I think it is), I submit a supporting Declaration explaining the evidence submission. It ALWAYS works.
