Thanks for this.  This is helpful.  I took a quick look, though, and it doesn't seem to list South Africa (which is one of the ones I usually point out as not available for Madrid Protocol).  On the other side, I have designated South Korea in an IR- yet that is on the list.  It would be great to have a list like this for the inevitable questions.

I found a list that was a few years old.  But it wasn’t hard to create a fresh one.  Some of these countries do not have functional IP systems, but this is a list of all the countries in the world from Britannica, with the members deleted.  I deleted the individual members of OAPI as well, since OAPI is a member.
