Hi Esther:
I did exactly that for years and still do. It’s never been a problem to attach just the signature page.
Best wishes,
Thilo

Subject: [E-trademarks] Handwritten Signature
[CAUTION: EXTERNAL EMAIL]
Hi, a client insists on a handwritten signature but sends back only the 2nd page that has his signature. Is it okay to attach only the 2nd page of the declaration to the TEAS system? I found one past case allowing the 2nd page without the 1st page showing the mark, but I'd like to make sure it's an acceptable practice without the danger of rejection since the client has other marks, and I can't find rules specifying what to do in this case. Thank you in advance,
Esther
