[E-trademarks] More mistakes from the USPTO

I would send an email to the Examiner who was handling the application and ask that it be corrected.  I had this happen once and it was corrected by cancelling the issued registration and issuance of a new, correct, registration.

Subject: [E-trademarks] More mistakes from the USPTO
We filed an ITU application listing a variety of items in class 025.  When we filed our statement of use, we deleted certain items.  TSDR shows the deletions.  We just received the registration certificate and the items that we deleted are there (not deleted).

Any thoughts on whether I should do something? And if so, what?
