Mike --- Is the client publishing and distributing photographs that the client takes (“printed photographs” in IC 16), or publishing and distributing photographs that others take (“retail store services featuring photographs” in Class 35)?

Good morning,

 

Trying to come up with an ID for a client who publishes and distributes physical photographs.

 

Film development and reproduction of photographs (IC 40) would cover it in part (the reproduction part)

 

There is no web or online aspect to the business.

 

Any suggestions?
