I think the answer is no, if the application was a TEAS Standard or TEAS RF.   If it was a TEAS Plus though then an additional fee seems like it can come into play.

The new version of the TMEP incorporates the previous Exam Guide with this info at 819.06

If an application was filed before the new fees took affect in January (11/2024), can the examiner in an office action issued now require the $100 per class for not including a translation?  That just seems wrong.  Any citation would be appreciated!
