[E-trademarks] Law firm/not law firm?

Certainly sounds like the unauthorized practice of law to me.  Has she actually filed a COR with the PTO?

A new lawyer recently took over an application that we have been tracking. The services she offers through her named LLC include trademark search and filing, trademark renewal filing, Statements of Use, Office Action responses, and cease and desist letters. The site also lists all her legal experience.

But at the bottom, there is this disclaimer: [NAME OF LLC] does not operate as a law firm.

If she is doing everything that I listed (and more), how can she say that she “does not operate as a law firm?”
