Is she in a state that allows for Alternative Business Structures? (Utah or AZ) or did her bar license get in trouble?

The services she offers through her named LLC include trademark search and filing, trademark renewal filing, Statements of Use, Office Action responses, and cease and desist letters. The site also lists all her legal experience.

But at the bottom, there is this disclaimer: [NAME OF LLC] does not operate as a law firm.

If she is doing everything that I listed (and more), how can she say that she “does not operate as a law firm?”
