Thank you so much Diane for posting.
Another listserv member wrote to me a few hours ago with a very similar
question. I found that she was indeed a member of the listserv, and
that she was in "digest mode", and that yes our listserv system had sent
her plenty of emails in recent days. None of which, she says, she
received. I then went manually into a "track delivery" function in our
hosting system that provides the listservs. I plugged in her email
address, and the system said that her email service provider had
affirmatively confirmed receipt of all of those emails. It seemed
pretty clear that she needed to whitelist the relevant IP address (which
is 66.29.132.148) and the relevant source email address (in her case,
e-trademarks-bounces at oppedahl-lists.com). Her IT people swore up and
down that they were not discarding the emails. I am skeptical about
what her IT people said.
When I saw what you wrote, my first step was to carry out similar
investigative steps. I logged in and did a manual lookup in the
membership database for the e-trademarks listserv. And yes, there is no
doubt that "diane at mmip.com" is a member of the listserv. it was in
"digest" mode and I changed it to non-digest mode. (You can always
change it back to digest mode later if you wish.)
Your email service provider (this is a matter of public record, anybody
could find it out) is "mmip-com.mail.protection.outlook.com" at an IP
address of 52.101.194.3. Quoted in this table are fourteen recent
emails for which your email service provider explicitly "accepted" the
email and acknowledged receipt of the email.

I also note that anybody who wonders if there are messages being posted,
that the person is failing to receive, can always check the archive, for
example
https://oppedahl-lists.com/mailman/private/e-trademarks_oppedahl-lists.com/
, to see if they are failing to receive postings.
I'll suggest that you find out how to "whitelist" things in your email
system. (The way to do it is different from one email system to the
next.) One thing to whitelist is 66.29.132.148. Another thing to
whitelist is the various "bounces at oppedahl-lists.com" email addresses
from the table above.
